What payment options do you have?

We accept payment through Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App.

How are prices determined?

Prices are based on the artwork’s longest side. For example, if a piece measures 6x36 inches, the price would reflect the 24x36” size.

What is pixel shift, and why would i want it used?

Pixel shift is a camera feature that captures multiple images by slightly shifting between shots. This process stacks the images to produce a very high-resolution picture with improved color accuracy and detail. It is most useful for professional artists, gallerists, or archivists.

How long until I get my files?

Our turnaround time is 14 days. If you need it rushed, there will be an extra cost. Please let us know if you need it faster, and we can discuss pricing.

How will I receive my files?

Your color-corrected and 16-bit full-resolution files will be sent to you via Dropbox.

Would you photograph pieces on site?

Yes, we can photograph 2D pieces on site. Please get in touch with us for details.
